Vendor Rules

These rules help us keep every event organized, safe, and enjoyable for vendors, customers, and the community. By registering for any Dynamic Trio event, you agree to follow the guidelines below.

Vendor Rules

Vendors must arrive during the designated setup window.

Booths must be fully set up before the event start time.

Late arrivals may lose their spot with no refund.

Spaces are assigned by the host and cannot be changed without approval.

Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, tents, and displays unless stated otherwise.

Standard booth size: 10x10 (unless otherwise noted).

Vendors must stay within their assigned space and avoid blocking walkways.

Tents must be properly weighted for safety.

No loud generators, unsafe equipment, or hazardous materials.

Vendor fees are non‑refundable.

No refunds for cancellations, no‑shows, or weather conditions.

Your payment secures your spot; unpaid spots are not held.

If the host cancels the event, vendors will be notified with next steps.

. Conduct & Professionalism

Vendors must maintain a clean, respectful, and professional environment.
No harassment, disruptive behavior, or unsafe actions.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Music must be kept at a reasonable volume.

Products & Compliance

All products must be legal and appropriate for a family‑friendly event.
Food vendors must follow all health and safety regulations.
No selling counterfeit, stolen, or trademark‑infringing items.
The host reserves the right to remove prohibited items.

Trash & Clean‑Up

Vendors are responsible for cleaning their area before leaving.
All trash must be bagged and disposed of properly.
Early breakdown is not allowed unless approved by the host.

Liability

Vendors participate at their own risk.
Dynamic Trio TSI Multiservices, event locations, and property owners are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or personal injury.
Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, products, and staff.

8. Weather Policy

Events are typically rain or shine.
Severe weather decisions will be communicated by the host.
No refunds due to weather unless the host cancels the event.

9. Marketing & Media

By participating, vendors allow Dynamic Trio to use event photos/videos for marketing.
Vendors may promote the event on their own pages and are encouraged to share flyers.

10. Pet‑Friendly Policy

Events are pet‑friendly unless stated otherwise.
Vendors must ensure their setup is safe for pets and families.
