When long pressing on the Home screen and choosing the 'Wallpaper and Style' option, I am told that the lock screen wallpaper services is set to 'Dynamic Lock Screen'. Please stop yelling, DEV knows better what you like and what is not necessary for you any more. They just remove live photo so accept it, adapt yourself to new idea bacause probably you don't understand it at all.
