Dynamic Notch – Smart Pill

Dynamic Notch: Quick Panel (com.dynamicisland.premium) is designed with privacy in mind. The App primarily processes information locally on your Android device and does not collect or sell personal information.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, sell, or share personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, location, IP address, advertising ID, device identifiers, passwords, messages, payment information, or biometric data.

The App does not use advertising SDKs, analytics, tracking services, or cloud-based data collection.

2. Permissions and Features

The App may request Android permissions required to provide its features, including:

• Accessibility Service: Used to support the Dynamic Notch overlay and touch interactions.

• Notification Access: Used to display incoming notifications in the Dynamic Notch.

• Display Over Other Apps: Used to show the Dynamic Notch and Quick Control Panel.

• Media Access: Used to display currently playing media and provide playback controls.

• System Settings: Used for supported controls such as brightness, rotation, screen timeout, DND, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi.

• Photo Access: Used only when you select an image for a custom background.

• MediaProjection: Used to capture screenshots after your confirmation.

These permissions are used only for their intended App features. Information processed through these features is handled locally and is not intentionally transmitted to external servers.

3. Data Storage

App settings, customization preferences, and selected background images are stored locally on your device. Screenshots created through the App are also saved locally to your device.

You can remove App data through Android Settings or uninstall the App. Screenshots can be deleted through your Gallery or File Manager.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or intentionally share your personal information with third parties. The App does not intentionally transmit your personal data to remote servers.

5. Security

The App uses Android's standard security and application sandboxing mechanisms. Permissions requiring sensitive access are controlled by Android and can be revoked at any time through your device settings.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect changes to the App or applicable requirements. Any changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this policy
