MobeeSoft ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Dynamic Aura mobile application (the "App"). We built the App as a Free app supported by advertisements. This SERVICE is provided by MobeeSoft at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
1. Information Collection and Use For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. However, MobeeSoft does not inherently collect, store, or transmit any personal data directly to our own servers.
The App does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, primarily for serving advertisements and analyzing app performance.
2. Third-Party Services The App uses the following third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies:
Google Play Services: Used for core Android functionality and app diagnostics.
Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements. AdMob may use device identifiers, cookies, and other technologies to collect data for personalized ads.
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP): Used to gather and manage user consent for data processing, specifically to comply with international privacy regulations.
3. Advertising and User Consent We use Google AdMob to display ads. Depending on your region, you may be protected by privacy laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the EEA, the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), or the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) in Brazil.
If you are located in a regulated region, the App will prompt you to manage your data preferences and consent upon your first launch. You can change your consent status or opt-out of personalized advertising at any time by opening the App, tapping the menu icon, and selecting Ad Choices.
4. Log Data We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the App, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
5. Children’s Privacy These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
