Batch Printing
What is batch 3D printing?
batch 3D printing is when someone requests more than 5 objects of the same type. these types of prints can be small or large and take more time to fulfill the order.
What to Expect
when requesting batch printing, please give at least one months notice if it is over 30 prints. these prints will take anywhere from 10 days to 2 months depending on the size of the object. If large batch 3d printing is required, then I will print one of the items, send it to you and make sure you like it. If so, then payment will be required before the prints are done for the purchase of materials. if the print is not exactly what you want, then we can work to fix it or you can pay for the single print and cancel the order. For the single "check" print, payment for the single piece is required before manufacturing unless the item is picked up in person.
Quality?
The quality of the print is up to you, just be reminded that the higher detail, the longer it will take. Also remember that 3D printing is a difficult process which builds up molten plastic layer by layer. Do not expect perfection or an injection molded part. The strength is also a factor you can choose, by selecting different materials.
There are also 2 different qualities
Large layers- Large layers are done on a bigger printer and are printed with a 0.8mm nozzle, this allows the parts to be printed faster and stronger. The only downside to this is that it lacks fine details. This process is best used for larger models where very fine details don't matter as much.
Small layers- Small layers are done on a slightly smaller printer and are printed with a 0.4mm nozzle. this allows parts to incorporate smaller details and smoother surfaces at the slight cost of strength. The parts are still quite strong, but not as strong as the 0.8mm nozzle produces.
Rush order
Rush orders cost more but are put at higher priority than any other customer which means that your print will get done sooner. The rush fee on batch prints are listed here

What Materials are Available Now
Materials cost different amounts depending on their composition. The price is determined on the price of the material. If you do not see the filament you are seeing here, then you may request the purchase of that material so your prints may be done. WE DO NOT PRINT FLEXIBLE FILAMENTS.
