Details: This program was organized to learn about retail management and marketing with 99 Speed Mart. Through this session, we gained insights into how to start and manage a retail business effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create Tentative Program: Draft the initial schedule for the event, including session timings, breaks and activities.
Prepare Official Letters & Invitations:
General invitation
Invitation for COO and other VIP guests
Develop proposals:
Proposal for souvenirs
Proposal for official invitations
Proposal for digital advertisements and promotional campaigns
Through this project, I learned about product placement, customer service, and marketing strategies used in retail operations.
