No, DynaFront is a non-archival venue. This means your submission will not be formally published in proceedings or indexed in academic databases. You retain full rights to submit and publish the same work in other venues.
Yes, submissions must be anonymized for double-blind review.
No, we do not accept papers that have been published in archival venues (including the NeurIPS main conference). We welcome submissions of work in progress, early-stage ideas, or research that has not yet been published elsewhere. Our aim is to encourage discussion and gather feedback on developing projects.
We recommend 4–5 pages (excluding references and supplementary material). You may use additional pages for supplementary materials as necessary, but please make sure the main content of the paper and sufficient details are presented in the first 4-5 pages.
This workshop is held during NeurIPS 2025 in San Diego, CA.
We are exploring options to support student attendance and hope to share updates soon. In the meantime, we encourage you to submit your work by the deadline regardless of your travel situation.
Accepted papers can add one page relative to the review-phase page limit. Thus, the page limit for the camera-ready version is 6 pages. See CfP and OpenReview for camera-ready deadline.
You may use the NeurIPS poster dimensions as a general reference, but presenters are free to choose any size and either portrait or landscape orientation. Please select the format that best supports your presentation.
