No, papers already accepted at venues with archival proceedings (including the NeurIPS main conference) will not be considered.

We recommend 4–5 pages (excluding references and supplementary material). You may use additional pages for supplementary materials as necessary, but please make sure the main content of the paper and sufficient details are presented in the first 4-5 pages.
