1. Service Location
All services provided by Dylan’s Diamond Detailing require customers to bring their vehicle to our premises. We do not offer mobile detailing services at this time. Our facility is based in Alderton Suffolk, and customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is delivered to and collected from this location. The facility address will be given to you within your confirmation of appointment Message via email or text.
2. Appointment Scheduling
To guarantee availability, we recommend scheduling an appointment in advance. Walk-in customers will be served based on availability. Please fulfill the 'Make a Booking!' Page to be able to submit your vehicle for a booking then we will contact you via your prefered contact method to confirm your appointment.
3. Drop-Off and Pick-Up
Customers must drop off their vehicle during the agreed-upon appointment time. Vehicles must be picked up promptly once services are completed. If additional time is required for pick-up, please notify us in advance.
4. Liability
Dylan’s Diamond Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or issues with the vehicle prior to service. While we take every precaution to handle vehicles with care, we cannot be held liable for any accidental damage that may occur during the detailing process. Before we start on your vehicle we will be required to fulfill a "before damage report" of which provides you a copy of any beforehand damage on your vehicle such as damaged windows or scratches. You will get a copy of this within your prefered contact method (Text or Email)
5. Payment and Cancellations
All payments are due upon completion of services. We accept cash and Bank Transfer. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
6. Vehicle Condition
We reserve the right to refuse service to vehicles that are excessively dirty, contain hazardous materials, or are in a condition that may pose a safety risk. Additional charges may apply for vehicles requiring extra time or resources (e.g., heavy pet hair removal, extreme dirt buildup).
7. Service Completion Time
Service completion times may vary depending on the package selected and the condition of the vehicle. We will provide an estimated time of completion when you drop-off your Vehicle. While we strive to complete all services within the agreed timeframe, delays may occur in certain circumstances.
8. Personal Belongings
Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before dropping it off for service. Dylan’s Diamond Detailing is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
9. Child Seats
We also ask that if you have car seats inside your vehicle that they're removed and placed into the boot of the vehicle and or removed. We're not able to move your car seats. If their is a car seat we will ask you upon Vehicle drop off to remove the car seat. Dylan's Diamond Detailing reserves the right to refuse service to customers who do not comply with these terms.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy and will never share or sell any personal information provided during the booking process. All details related to your service are kept confidential.
