Where do i manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription via Google Play Store -> Payments and Subscription -> Subscription
When does my subscription renew, does it auto-renew?
Your subscription automatically renews after each billing period (monthly or yearly, depending on your chosen plan). You can find your next billing date for the DYK? app on the Payments and Subscriptions page of the Play Store.
*Please note that if you cancel your subscription, it will turn off the auto-renew and end with the current subscription title, not immediately.
Can i upgrade from monthly to yearly subscription or vice versa?
Yes, you can change your subscription from monthly to yearly or vice versa. Simply click the corresponding button, and a pop-up will appear outlining the new charges and changes to your subscription.
I purchased the subscription but I'm still on the free version
If you're still seeing the free version after subscribing, this could be because:
The app may need to be restarted and connected to internet to recognize the updated subscription status.
You might be using a different Google/Play Store account than the one used to purchase the subscription.
How can I get a refund?
Your subscription is managed through the Google Play store and so are refunds.

How can i get my invoice?
Invoices are sent to the email address associated with the Google account you used for the purchase. You should receive an invoice immediately after successfully purchasing one of our plans.
