Deborah Harris is a South Side Chicago native and community organizer/advocate. She is particularly interested and engaged in bridging communities across intersectional identities with faith being at the center. She has led and supported campaigns and led group facilitations in DC, Las Vegas, and Chicago that resulted in greater empathy and unity for so many. Deborah is passionate about helping people see, hear, and understand each other so we can recognize our shared objectives and achieve them together. She is a devout Christian that works everyday to bridge grace and healing into the realms of leadership and organizational development. 

Deborah has worked in the non-profit sector for over twenty years. Deborah’s goal is to continue to reshape the foundations of leadership, culture, community outreach and advocacy in a manner that serves the preservation of everyone's human dignity and right to pursue joy and wellness. She strives to work in both for and non-for profit ecosystems to truly birth forth transformational leaders and communities.
