All participants of the conference must remain at the conference sites at all timed unless given consent by the Diocese Youth Fellowship Conference Conveners and Achens.
Attendance and punctuality at all meetings are mandatory
All participants must bring a physical Bible and this booklet to all their conference sessions
Any use of controlled substances (drugs) and alcohol is prohibited at the conference sites. Anyone found using such substances will subject to consequences determined by the committee including, but not limited to, being removed from the conference entirely with no refund.
Be respectful to all other attendees, staff, and clergy.
Be respectful to the Trinity International University campus. Keep all areas in a clean, orderly manner. Treat the Sanctuary area with especial reverence. Do not enter areas not reserved for DYFC.
All participants must be appropriately dressed at all conference events.
Any emergency must be immediately reported to the Conference Conveners or Committee Members
At Trinity Hall, no boys will be allowed on any of the girls floors and vice versa. Anyone of the opposite sex found on the wrong floor will be subject to consequences.
All participants must be in their suites by the stated Lights Out time unless given permission by the committee. Anyone found outside their suite without permission will be subject to consequences.
