Based in North Somerset, I’m a former Police Inspector who changed direction to become an HR leader and accredited career coach. After 16 years in policing, I made the decision to leave to pursue a new path of helping people with their careers — and I know first-hand how disorientating, isolating, and emotional that leap can be.

That’s why I created Ember® — the kind of programme I wish had existed when I was navigating that change.

With over eight years in senior HR roles, a postgraduate qualification in Executive Coaching & Mentoring, and accreditation as a career coach, I now help women leaving the emergency services reconnect with who they are and move forward with clarity and confidence.
