DW Styles does not require a deposit to schedule an appointment.
All appointments are confirmed once booked, and clients are expected to arrive prepared and on time to ensure the best possible experience.
To respect both your time and mine:
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 25% cancellation fee
Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future services
This policy ensures fairness and helps maintain availability for all clients.
To keep the schedule running smoothly:
A 15‑minute grace period is provided
Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may require modifying the service or rescheduling
If rescheduling is required due to lateness, the 25% cancellation fee may apply
Clients who do not arrive for their appointment and do not communicate will be marked as a no‑show.
A 50% no‑show fee will be required before booking another appointment
Multiple no‑shows may result in restricted booking privileges
This fee reflects the time reserved exclusively for you.
To maintain a calm, professional environment:
Only clients receiving services may be in the salon during appointments
Children are welcome only if they are scheduled for a service

Payment is due at the completion of your service.
