25% Cancellation Fee • 50% No‑Show Fee • No Deposit Required

Booking Policy

DW Styles does not require a deposit to schedule an appointment.
All appointments are confirmed once booked, and clients are expected to arrive prepared and on time to ensure the best possible experience.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

To respect both your time and mine:

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 25% cancellation fee

• Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future services

This policy ensures fairness and helps maintain availability for all clients.

Late Arrival Policy

To keep the schedule running smoothly:

• A 15‑minute grace period is provided

• Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may require modifying the service or rescheduling

• If rescheduling is required due to lateness, the 25% cancellation fee may apply

No‑Show Policy

Clients who do not arrive for their appointment and do not communicate will be marked as a no‑show.

• A 50% no‑show fee will be required before booking another appointment

• Multiple no‑shows may result in restricted booking privileges

This fee reflects the time reserved exclusively for you.

Children & Additional Guests

To maintain a calm, professional environment:

• Only clients receiving services may be in the salon during appointments

• Children are welcome only if they are scheduled for a service

Payment Methods

DW Styles accepts:

• Cash

• Major credit/debit cards

• Approved digital payment methods

Payment is due at the completion of your service.

Health & Safety

To ensure a safe and comfortable experience:

• Please arrive with clean, detangled hair unless your service includes a shampoo

• If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule

• DW Styles reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary
