Thinking creatively about daily life is how I live and work. With nearly two decades in theater, creative writing, and arts education, I am adept at employing language to access the imagination, while using the principles of rehearsal to codify creative ideas into practice. D+WRIGHT is my unique take on a portfolio, offering a peek into my creative expression, process, and potential.
D+WRIGHT is a (conceptual) design agency where creative ideas are cultivated and activated to make life more artful for users. Inspired by “wright,” the archaic word for maker or builder, D+WRIGHT specializes in building design solutions for everyday life, celebrating the art that can be found in the mundane. Sometimes art entertains. Sometimes art asks questions. Sometimes art solves problems. No matter what, art seeks the truth. From apps to entertainment, D+WRIGHT leverages creativity and technology in order to craft solutions for people who want to live with more ease, more pleasure, more truth, and more art.

I am particularly skilled at translating complex and technical information into language any audience can understand. WRIGHT DESIGNERS are the colleagues and collaborators I work with to bring a vision to life.

I am obsessed with turning ideas into action! I love brainstorming, researching, drafting, and storytelling...all through the power of language. Some of these offerings are just fun concepts, while others are projects that have been brought to fruition. They all display my enthusiasm for creative thinking, communication, and collaboration.
