This keynote presentation traces the journey of Mama Sana Vibrant Woman from its grassroots beginnings as Mamas of Color Rising to becoming a leading nonprofit in reproductive justice. It highlights the organization's milestones, impact, and ongoing commitment to culturally congruent maternal care. Through this journey, the audience will explore how community-based advocacy and culturally responsive practices have transformed maternal health outcomes for families of color.

Daylisha leads the strategic vision for Mama Sana Vibrant Woman's programming, bringing both professional expertise and lived experience as a former participant, holistic doula, and proud Black mama. She prioritizes cultivating meaningful relationships with community members and uses their voices and experiences to continuously shape and enhance the organization's services. Passionate about equity and culturally congruent care, Daylisha is dedicated to advancing reproductive justice and improving maternal health outcomes for families of color.
