You may purchase a Central Park Tennis Center locker permit for tennis season (from the first Sunday of April to the Sunday before Thanksgiving). Locker rentals cost $20.00 each. Lockers are rented on a first come, first served basis, and the purchase is valid for the entire season. Once purchased, locker reservations cannot be refunded or transferred.

Overnight locker assignments are available free of charge to all students and Dillon Gym members. These lockers are available on a first come first serve basis starting on July 1st of each academic year. Lockers will be available in the following locations:

These single use lockers are available on a first come first serve basis throughout the locker room level in Dillon Gym. Day use lockers include the full size gray lockers inside of the locker rooms, as well as the two banks of multi-sized lockers located just outside the locker rooms in the north and south corridors. Lock operating instructions can be found posted on the outside of the day-use lockers. Overnight use of these lockers is strictly prohibited.

The exact deadline for locker cleanout will be posted in the Spring of each academic year. Any locker not emptied or renewed by the posted deadline will be subject to a $20.00 fee in order to claim any belongings that were left behind.

We have 2 locker locations, the East locker room, and the West locker room. The West locker room is attached to the main lodge building, right by the main entrance. The East locker room is in the building right next to the West locker room and Main Entrance.

Please be advised that you will be asked to clean out your locker by a date following the end of the Spring semester. Failure to do so will result in a clearance fee of $20. Returning students, however, may opt to keep the assigned locker from the previous year.

Items left in expired lockers will be held for 30 days, in safe keeping, at SHL Public Safety, and then donated or disposed of. SHL is not responsible for content left in expired lockers or lost or stolen items.


Grab a personal locker at a University Recreation facility to store all your gear! Renter lockers are fully accessible and allow easy access to all activity spaces. Locker room amenities include hand and swimsuit dryers, accessible showers and bathroom facilities, vanities, and private showers. All lockers expire on April 30 of each year, so the prices below will be prorated based on the date you purchase your locker for the first time. For more information, please contact us.

Lockers are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. An email will be sent to your UNT email address when a locker has been assigned. If demand exceeds our available supply, the Access Services Department will maintain a waiting list to help us assign lockers fairly.

Instrument lockers: specialized lockers in various sizes designed to accommodate a variety of instruments. Instrument performance majors get priority, then any music major for their primary instrument, then other requests as available. Instrument locker users are provided with a key.

 

Personal lockers: available to any music major, particularly voice and piano students. Personal lockers require a padlock (not provided).

To open your locker:Spin the combination lock a few times to the left and right to clear it.Spin the combination to the right to your first number.Spin the combination to the left and pass your first number before stopping on your second number.Spin the combination to the right to your third number.Pull the lever toward you to open your locker.

If you forget your locker combination, you can log into LockerGM and click "combination" under My Rentals on your home page. For instructions on how to operate LockerGM, click here. You can also come to the Student Centers office with your Mason ID to retrieve your combination. Student Centers cannot give you your combination over the phone or without presenting your Mason ID.

Students and faculty who do not renew their locker must empty their locker of all items no later than five business days after the date listed on their locker rental receipt. After that date, Student Centers staff check the lockers for damages, collect any items left inside, and change the locker combinations of any lockers that have not been renewed.

Students and faculty must renew their locker no later than five business days prior to the end of their rental period. Lockers can be renewed either through LockerGM or in person. Students and faculty must pay the aforementioned fee to renew their locker for the following semester. Students and faculty who renew their locker keep the same combination and maintain access to their locker through to the end of the following semester.

If you leave items in your locker after your rental period ends, bring your Mason ID to the Student Centers Administrative Office (Johnson Center Suite 324) to claim your items. They will contact you when your items are available to be picked up.

Student Centers will keep locker items in storage for a maximum of 30 days into the next academic semester before discarding the items. After the 30 day holding period, some items may be delivered to the University Lost and Found if they are estimated to be of high value (such as wallets or jewelry). Once an item has been turned over to Lost and Found, the owner should contact them directly at (703) 993-2975 or property@gmu.edu

The RPAC Sport Shop is located between the men's and women's locker rooms on the ground floor. Pick up and exchange your towel, check out items for the games room, reserve equipment, rent a locker and more.

Free day-use lockers are available in both the men's and women's locker rooms, in the fitness center, in the hallway leading to the aquatic center, on the second floor, and across from the Sport Shop. You can receive towel service at the RPAC with a day locker for $3.

Locker Renewals

Your locker anniversary date is the last day of the month one calendar year from the date it was rented. If your locker is not renewed or cleaned out on your anniversary date, there will be a $10 fee to receive your collected items.

All members who rent a permanent locker at the RPAC will automatically receive complimentary towel service. Simply drop your white towel off at the Sport Shop after use and receive a new, clean white towel for the next use.

Bicycle lockers are available for rent at most New Mexico Rail Runner Express stations. These lockers provide excellent, secure bicycle parking by improving protection from theft, vandalism and inclement weather. The lockers are designed to hold one bicycle each as well as bicycle gear such as panniers, locks, lights, etc. Each locker has a unique lock and key to provide maximum security.

Lockers are available on a first come - first served basis. If there are no lockers available at the time of your request, your name will be added to a waiting list until a locker becomes available. Once a locker becomes available you will be contacted by Rio Metro. You may request to have your name removed from the waiting list at any time.

Locker users have the opportunity to renew their locker agreements. All users will be sent an automatic renewal notice before their locker agreement expires. If you would like to renew your locker agreement you must print and sign the renewal notice and return it by mail with your payment or report in-person at the Rio Metro office. Mail-in renewal payments must be made by certified check or money order. All renewals must be completed before a locker agreement expires. If making a payment in-person, please call in advance to make an appointment.

UREC faculty/staff locker rooms offer more privacy for faculty and staff members, since only individuals with a contract may store items in this locker room. Lockers are large enough to hang jackets and most work apparel. Air circulation fans help keep items dry.

Lockers are for use by rental only at the Equipment Center. A lock is included in the contract price and is required to remain on the locker at all times. No personal locks will be permitted. If the UREC lock is lost or damaged, the member will be responsible for the lock replacement fee ($18).

Day use univeral lockers with self-set combination locks are available. There is no fee for day use lockers. Unauthorized overnight use of day lockers is prohibited and items left overnight (even if locked) are subject to removal by the Equipment Center.

Extended-use universal lockers are available for rent at the Equipment Center. These lockers are large enough to hang jackets and most work apparel. A lock is included in the contract price and is required to remain on the locker at all times. No personal locks will be permitted. If the UREC lock is lost or damaged, the member will be responsible for the lock replacement fee ($18).
