Research Highlights:

• 12/28/2020 - I joined the AI and Modeling Center of Excellence at KLA Corporation in Ann Arbor, MI.

• 11/30/2020 - Congratulations to my student Haris Jeelani on successfully defending his PhD thesis titled "Fast, Robust and Accurate Cardiac MRI T1 Mapping with Deep Neural Networks". Other committee members were Tom Fletcher (chair), Zongli Lin, Craig Meyer, and Michael Salerno.

• 08/12/2020 - My student Tanjin Toma's conference paper "VBET: Vesselness and Blob Enhancement Technique for 2D and 3D Microscopy Images of Microglia" has been accepted for presentation in the 2020 IEEE Asilomar Conference on Signals, Systems, and Computers. Other coauthors are Kanchan Bisht and Ukpong Eyo.
