My research interests lie in the intersection of applied econometrics (including Machine Learning and Causal Inference techniques) and development economics and health economics. I study maternal and child health outcomes, child mortality and morbidity, malnutrition, immunization, intergenerational transmission of health and inequality of opportunity in health. I use Machine Learning techniques to improve targeting of public policies.
