A three-day workshop funded by TEQIP-3 and organized by the ECE Department of IIIT Guwahati, showcasing the state-of-the-art and beyond of wireless communication, through talks by leading researchers from academia and industry. This workshop is aimed at providing the participants with a glimpse of the contemporary as well as disruptive developments in the fields of wireless communication in both physical as well as higher layers, leading the path to motivate and enlighten the next generation of communication and signal processing engineers. The target audiences are educators, industrialists, corporates, research scholars, postgraduate and undergraduate students working in the areas of wireless communication, machine learning, internet of things, cyber-physical security, adaptive signal processing, antenna theory, and so on.
