Meetings
Club Meetings will be held in Room 1201 with our advisor, Mr. Parks (unless otherwise noted on Instagram, please follow us @dv.teamworks). Club meetings are held once a month or twice a month. Please see schedule below.
Please make all efforts to attend the 9/18 and 10/7 meetings. The 10/7/2026 meeting in particular will include Foundational Mentor Training needed to prepare for the TEAMWORKS Challenge Events. ALL Club Members are required to attend this session.
Mandatory Club Meetings: 9/18* (first club meeting), 10/7* (mandatory mentor training), 11/4, 12/2, 1/6, 1/27, 2/24, 3/26, 4/23
Corresponding Challenge Prep Dates at lunch: 10/7–10/8, 11/4–11/5, 12/2–12/3, 1/6–1/7, 1/27–1/28, 2/24–2/25
Challenge Event Meetings for the 26-27 Year will be held on these Fridays: 10/16, 11/13, 12/11, 1/8, 2/5, 3/5* from 4-6:00pm (or 4-7pm* for the last session) @ DVHS Commons
Mentor Training meetings occur immediately before the Mentor/Elementary Team Challenge meetings from 4pm-4:30pm in the same location as specified above.
Mentor/Elementary Team Challenge Meetings are from 4:30-6pm
Exception: The final 3/5 Celebration session will be held from 5:30–7:00pm.
