The DVHS Math Club is a student-run organization at Dougherty Valley High Schools that aims to foster a love for math through competition and learning. Throughout it's existence, the DVHS Math Club has won numerous awards at every level of math competitions and it's alumni have gone on to attend top colleges throughout the US.
The DVHS Math Club participates in numerous competitions throughout the year, including the AMC/AIME/USA(J)MO contest series, Mathleague.org, BMT, SMT, and others. The math club is routinely invited to attend invitation competitions, and has achieved distinction at dozens of contests.
Our meetings provide our members with the opportunity to practice and learn about math with their peers and engage in discussions. We also provide resources and materials to prepare for your own mathematical endeavors.
