The Villages, Florida is a 55+ Active Retirement Community in Central Florida. While still growing, The Villages today is comprised of almost 120 individual villages, one of which is The Village of Duval. We are one of four (4) Villages comprising District 7 of the Villages Community Development DIstrict (VCDD).

The Village of Duval is one of the largest villages in The Villages. Established in 2006, it is comprised of 1,550 homes and 3,005 Residents, as reported in the 2019-2020 Daily Sun Newcomers Guide. The Village of Duval is bounded by Buena Vista Boulevard and Turtle Mound Golf Course on the West; 466A on the South; Murrell’s Inlet Loop, Little Mountain Loop and Westmoreland Loop on the North; James Island St, Chateau Way and Truman Golf Course on the East.
