تطبيق Dutycall مصمم لمساعدة المستخدم على تنظيم جداول الدوام والشفتات، الأحداث، التنبيهات، العمل الإضافي، الإجازات، الملاحظات، الزملاء، والاستعداد للدوام.

جمع البيانات

لا يقوم تطبيق Dutycall بجمع أو بيع أو مشاركة أو إرسال بيانات المستخدم الشخصية إلى المطور أو إلى أي طرف ثالث.

جميع البيانات التي يدخلها المستخدم داخل التطبيق، مثل الجداول، الأحداث، الزملاء، الملاحظات، التنبيهات، العمل الإضافي، الإجازات، وسجل النوم، يتم حفظها محليًا داخل جهاز المستخدم فقط.

التخزين المحلي

يتم تخزين بيانات التطبيق محليًا على جهاز المستخدم. لا يحتاج التطبيق إلى إنشاء حساب لاستخدام وظائفه الأساسية.

يمكن للمستخدم حذف بيانات التطبيق من خلال حذف التطبيق من الجهاز، أو استخدام خيارات النسخ الاحتياطي والاسترجاع المتوفرة داخل التطبيق عند الحاجة.

الإشعارات

قد يطلب تطبيق Dutycall إذن إرسال الإشعارات المحلية. تُستخدم الإشعارات فقط لتذكير المستخدم بالدوام، الشفتات، الأحداث، المهام، أو التنبيهات التي قام بإنشائها داخل التطبيق.

لا يتم إرسال بيانات الإشعارات إلى المطور أو إلى أي خادم خارجي.

النسخ الاحتياطي والاسترجاع

قد يوفر التطبيق ميزة النسخ الاحتياطي والاسترجاع لمساعدة المستخدم على حفظ بياناته واستعادتها. يتم التحكم بهذه الملفات من قبل المستخدم، ولا يتم إرسالها إلى المطور.

خدمات الطرف الثالث

لا يستخدم تطبيق Dutycall شبكات إعلانية أو أدوات تتبع أو أدوات تحليل خارجية لجمع بيانات المستخدم.

الخصوصية والأمان

تم تصميم التطبيق ليحافظ على بيانات المستخدم داخل جهازه قدر الإمكان. يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية حماية جهازه ونسخه الاحتياطية.

خصوصية الأطفال

Dutycall is designed to help users organize work schedules, shifts, calendar events, reminders, overtime, leave balance, handover notes, sleep logs, readiness checks, coworkers, attachments, and related work information.

Data Collection

Dutycall does not collect, sell, share, or send personal user data to the developer or to any third party.

All information entered by the user, including schedules, events, coworkers, notes, reminders, overtime records, leave balance, sleep logs, readiness records, handover reports, travel missions, and attachments, is stored locally on the user’s device.

Local Storage

Dutycall stores app data locally on the device. The app does not require users to create an account to use its main features.

Users can remove their data by deleting the app from their device. Users may also use the backup and restore features available inside the app to manage their own data files.

Notifications

Dutycall may request permission to send local notifications. Notifications are used only to remind the user about duties, shifts, events, tasks, or custom alerts created inside the app.

Notification data is not sent to the developer or to any external server.

Health Data

Dutycall may request permission to read step count data from Apple Health if the user chooses to use health and fitness features.

Health data is used only inside the app to display steps and readiness-related information. Dutycall does not send Health data to the developer, does not share it with third parties, and does not use it for advertising or tracking.

Photos and Attachments

Dutycall may allow users to add photos or files as attachments or profile images. These files are stored locally on the device or inside user-controlled backup files.

Dutycall does not upload photos or attachments to the developer or to any external server.

Backup and Restore

Dutycall may provide backup and restore features to help users save and restore their app data. Backup files are created and controlled by the user.

The developer does not receive, access, or store backup files unless the user manually shares them outside the app.

Third-Party Services

Dutycall does not use advertising networks, tracking tools, or third-party analytics services to collect user data.

Data Security

Dutycall is designed to keep user data on the user’s device as much as possible. Users are responsible for protecting their device, backup files, and any files they choose to share.

Children’s Privacy

Dutycall is not designed to collect personal data from children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
