第一章 總則
第 1 條
立本法為實行新合法典之平等及提昇杜斯格羅桑國之安全。
第 2 條
此法又名「歧視霸凌防治法」
第 3 條
杜斯格羅桑全體國民及入境者應熟稔此法
第二章 霸凌之防治與處置
第 4 條
下列各項事件不論國籍、年齡,凡於國土內觸犯,如為對某一人或某一群體霸凌,
皆觸犯「霸凌罪」:
一、言語霸凌:歧視性言論,辱罵字眼皆歸言語霸凌。
二、肢體霸凌:包括圍毆、扇巴掌、性騷擾......等為肢體霸凌。
三、關係霸凌:凡排擠、拉攏排擠、宣傳假消息皆為關係霸凌。
四、網路霸凌:集一、三項,如發生於網路,為網路霸凌,其中可細分言語、關係。
五、性霸凌:歧視、貶低某一性別、及性騷擾,為性霸凌,為一、二項之合。
六、性向霸凌:凡上述一至五項,牽扯性向,皆為性向霸凌。
七、其它霸凌:除上述六項霸凌,其它種:例職場、校園......等霸凌,皆視為觸犯「霸凌罪」。
● 第四條備註:如排擠為有因,可免罪,但不適用於拉攏排擠上。
第 5 條
承第四條,凡觸犯霸凌罪者,依輕重,可處一月以上,十年以下之刑期,或處100鎊或500000鎊易科罰金充公。
第二章 歧視之防治與處置
第 6 條
下列各項歧視事件不論國籍、年齡,凡於國土內觸犯,皆為「歧視罪」:
一、種族歧視:不論是任何種族,凡有關於種族歧視之言論或行為,皆為種族歧視。
二、性別歧視:不論是男是女,如發表關於貶低任何一種性別之言論或行為,皆為性別歧視。
三、性向歧視:不論為任何性向,如發表歧視、貶低任何性向之言論或行為,皆為性向歧視。
四、職業歧視:不論為基層還是頂層,如只要發表歧視、貶低任何職業之言論或行為,皆為職業歧視。
五、宗教歧視:不論何宗教,凡只要發表歧視、貶低任何宗教之言論或行為,皆為宗教歧視。
六、文化歧視:不論何文化,凡只要發表歧視、貶低任何文化之言論或行為,皆為文化歧視。
七、政治立場歧視:不論為何政黨,都不得使用辱罵及貶低性字眼。
八、年齡歧視:不論年齡為何,如杖自己為長輩,來對晚輩做出不尊重之言論與行為,屬年齡歧視。
九、其它歧視:除上述八項歧視,包括國籍、地域......等歧視,皆視為觸犯「歧視罪」。
第 7 條
承第四條,凡觸犯歧視罪者,依輕重,可處十天以上,十年以下之刑期,或處50鎊以上,500000鎊以下易科罰金充公。
第 8 條
如同時觸犯霸凌罪及歧視罪,刑罰允疊加。
第 9 條
如非杜斯格羅桑國籍,且非本地居民,法官得判驅逐出境。

Chapter II Prevention and Treatment of Discrimination
Article 6

Article 7
Pursuant to Article 4, whoever commits an offence of discrimination shall, depending on the seriousness, be punished with a sentence of not less than ten days but not more than ten years, or a fine of 50 pounds.

杜斯格羅桑國籍法
第 1 條 杜斯格羅桑國籍之取得、喪失、回復與撤銷,依本法之規定。
第 2 條 取得國籍無分種族、膚色、文化、宗教、性別、性向、年齡等一律平等。
第 3 條 遷入杜斯格羅桑期滿168小時方可領取杜斯格羅桑身份證。
第 4 條 遷入杜斯格羅桑需年滿12歲,否則需其它已年滿12歲之人代辦理申請國籍。
第 5 條 申請杜斯格羅桑國籍應先填寫申請表單,再交由外交部審核。
第 6 條 立本法為規範杜斯格羅桑國籍之遷入及遷出等事項。
第 7 條 符合下列各情況者,屬杜斯格羅桑國籍者:
一、居住地於杜斯格羅桑領域內。
二、申請入籍之人
三、出生或居住於杜斯格羅桑領域內,父母均無可考,或均無國籍者。
四、出生時,父母單方擁有杜斯格羅桑國籍。
第 8 條 於烏德塔聯盟之烏德塔條約區之居民擁有申請杜斯格羅桑國籍優先權。
Duskrosun Nationality Law

第一章 總則

第二章 外籍官員之權利與義務
第 4 條 杜斯格羅桑之外籍官員,不得擔任地方官員。
第 5 條 承第四條,如欲擔任地方官員,必須先入籍杜斯格羅桑國至少五日,才可擔任之,
第 6 條 杜斯格羅桑外籍官員具有國家公投之權利。
第 7 條 杜斯格羅桑外籍官員不可待職超過一周,如超過,將會被禁止擔任官職並要求立即出境,如否,將立即遣返。
第 8 條 杜斯格羅桑外籍官員具有與具有國籍之官員擁有平等權利,除第四條。
第一之二章 外籍官員之審核限制
第 9 條 杜斯格羅桑外籍官員,禁止由非承認國家,或是敵對國家之國民擔任,除受總統聘請。
第三章 外籍官員之監察
第 10 條 杜斯格羅桑外籍官員之監察權行使,應由國會成員推派選出,共兩名監察委員,且受總統之監督。
第 11 條 設監察委員會,無會長,共兩名監察委員,一會期二次選舉。
第 12 條 外籍官員之監察,如發現違法之處,需上報法務部,由法務部審判之。
第 13 條 外籍官員之懲處,限最輕告誡,至最重取消外籍官員資格,禁止判決監禁、剝奪財產、生命等處罰,如是國會成員有權提出改選案使監察委員會改選。
Duskrosun Foreign Officials Act

Chapter III Supervision of Foreign Officials
Article 10 The exercise of the supervisory power of foreign officials in Duskrosun shall be elected by members of the Congress, with a total of two supervisory committee members, who shall be supervised by the President.
Article 11 There shall be a supervisory committee, with no chairman, but a total of two supervisory committee members, who shall be elected twice during one session.

第 3 條 杜斯格羅桑國民不得焚毀或破壞國旗、國徽,如違反,將判處詆毀國旗國徽罪,最低6000聯合鎊,最高1萬聯合鎊。
第 4 條 同第 3 條,惡意竄改國旗國徽,視情況做出判決。
-National Symbols Act-

第 六 條:杜斯格羅桑應設外交相關事務部門,如以下幾項:
第 一 項:杜斯格羅桑路坦夫札克宮轄下設外交部。其中,外交部設一部長、並委任各不同事務之人員。必要時,總統須協助外交部行政。
第 二 項:外交部負責管理杜斯格羅桑之外交事務,如以下幾款:
第 一 款:外交關係發展、外交政策之規劃。
第 二 款:涉外政治、涉外軍事、國家安全、涉外經濟、文化、國際組織參與、公眾外交及其他涉外事務之規劃、協調及監督。
第 三 款:駐外使館之設立、督導。
第 四 款:涉外法律事務之研擬、解釋、規劃及推動。
第 五 款:護照、簽證、證明文件等領事事務。
第 六 款:其它外交事務。
