Terms of Service

Here's a brief rundown on how my service as an artist works and what you should expect and respect about me and my work. And a list of things I will and/or won't draw.

1) Paying
Payment first. I won't get started on an art pieces until the full payment is done first. I only accept payment through PayPal.

2) When will the art be finished?
If you need the art on a deadline tell me immediately. I work much more efficiently if I'm given a deadline. Otherwise I work at my own pace. Do understand I'm human and have a personal life, I cannot always prioritize commissions so don't be rude to me if it's taking a while. On average I get commissions done within a week or two.

3) Reposting
You are allowed to repost the art on any media as long as I am credited as the artist. If you do not credit me I will contact you about it. If you'll refuse to credit me even after I contact you about it then it will be seen as art theft and I will report you.

4) Refunding
I will allow a refund at any time unless the the commissioned pieces is 50% done or more.

5) Refusal
I, as the artist, have the right to turn down a commission for any reason. Including but not limited to violation of my ToS.

I have the right to cancel an ongoing commission for any reason, including but not limited to violation of my ToS, scamming, lack of payment, rude and inflammatory or otherwise unacceptable behavior, or outside causes.

You may NOT use the artwork for commercial purposes or monetary gain (including NFTs). If you are not the buyer of an image, you may NOT post it to any other website, social media platform, or use it for any personal or commercial use including NTFs.

6) Moral Rights
By European law on intellectual property I keep my moral rights to:

• Be identified as the author of my work (meaning you have to credit me as the original artist).

• Object to how my work is presented, for example if I think it’s ‘derogatory’ or damaging to me or my reputation.
