Terms and Conditions for Dusk — Evening Ritual

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Dusk — Evening Ritual app
("Application") operated by Steffen Weintraub ("Service Provider").
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms.
1. License
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to use the Application on your personal
device for personal use only. You may not copy, modify, reverse
engineer, or distribute the Application.
2. Subscriptions
Dusk offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called Dusk Pro,
available at the following prices:
- Monthly: $0.99 per month
- Annual: $6.99 per year
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours
before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account
will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of
each renewal period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your
Apple ID account settings at Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
3. Free Trial
Dusk Pro includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The free
trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of
the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial
ends. You will not be charged during the free trial period.
Only one free trial is available per Apple ID. If you have previously
subscribed to Dusk Pro, you may not be eligible for a free trial.
4. Refunds
All purchases are processed through Apple and are subject to Apple's
refund policy. The Service Provider does not issue refunds directly.
To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds are not
guaranteed and are granted at Apple's discretion, except where
required by applicable consumer protection law.
5. Changes to the Application and Pricing
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, update, or
discontinue any features of the Application at any time. Subscription
prices may change at renewal — you will be notified in advance of any
price changes and given the opportunity to cancel before the new price
takes effect.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding in the Application remains
the property of the Service Provider. Nothing in these Terms grants
you any rights to the Application's intellectual property.
7. User Data
All user data including journal entries, streak counts, and ritual
steps are stored locally on your device only. The Service Provider
does not store personal data on external servers. Subscription
management is handled by RevenueCat and Apple subject to their
respective privacy policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall
not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from your use of the Application. The Service Provider's
total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months
preceding any claim.
9. Children
The Application is not directed at children under 13. The Service
Provider does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York,
United States.
11. Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance
of the new Terms.
