Durhan White Beach Resort Guidelines

The resort policies cover guest conduct and booking procedures:

1. Booking & Cancellations

• Deposit: A 50% reservation fee is required at least seven days prior to the booking date.

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the stay date are eligible for a full refund.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a 50% refund of the down payment.

• Non-Refundable: Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival are non-refundable.

• Emergency: Refunds or rebookings may e granted in cases of emergency or calamities.

2. Resort Rules & Safety

• Smoking: Prohibited in all resort areas except for the designated spot near the male washroom at Durhan Restaurant; violations carry a Php 1,500.00 penalty.

• Pets: Owners are responsible for any damage or cleaning costs; pets must be leashed, have current shots, and are not allowed on restaurant tables.

• Drones: Prohibited without prior management permission; authorized flights are limited to 60 minutes and must be escorted by security.

• Beach Hours: Operation hours are between 6 AM and 6 PM.

• Safety Protocols: Guests must fill out health declaration forms, sanitize, and wear a facemask at all times.

3. Facility & Corkage

• Damages: Guests are held responsible for any loss or damage to Resort property.

• Lost & Found: Items not claimed within 90 days will be donated or discarded.

• Corkage: Fees apply for outside food and drinks; cooking inside the resort is strictly prohibited.
