Dunite Studio built the Stabilo app as an advertisement supported app. This service is provided by Dunite Studio at no cost. This page is used to inform players regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if anyone decided to use our Service. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The Stabilo app shows ad banners from AdMob (Google). Admob is a third party company that collects non personal targeting information from the player for advertisement purposes. The content of the advertisement, that will be show in the ad banner, are non personal targeting advertisement. Non-personalized ads are ads that are not based on a user’s past behaviour. The content of the ads are based on unidentifiable contextual information of the player.

For the advertisement we collect non targeting personal information. The type of information that will be collected from the player, will be explained in the advertisement section of this privacy policy. Because we collect this information we need your consent for collecting this non targeting personal information. You can always revoke your consent of the collecting of non targeting personal information, by simply removing the Stabilo app from your device.

For Children under the age of 16, parental consent is needed for the collection of non targeting personal information. Because of the collection of non targeting personal information, we encourage parents to supervise children under the age of 16 when installing the Stabilo app. After the installation of the Stabilo app we ask the player, or supervised parent, for the consent of collecting non targeting personal information. To prevent that children under age 16 give consent for collecting of non targeting personal information, we use an age gate to determine if the consent giver is an adult. To help parents recognize where parental supervision is needed we show the “parental supervision icon” on the background of the app.

This information will only be used to determine the age of the player and to warn the player that parental supervision is needed if the player is under the age of 16. The date of birth of the player will not be stored or shared.

After the age of the player is determent, the player or the parental supervision need to solve a mathematical calculation to verify that the player or parental supervisor is a adult.
