Dundee Cinéma les Auteurs is a unique 3-day event dedicated to celebrating the creativity bubbling within our city. We offer a platform for filmmakers of all levels to share their stories with a local audience.
What can you expect?
A Celebration of Local Talent: Immerse yourself in films made by Dundonians, for Dundonians.
A Diverse Range of Films: From shorts to features, big or small, we embrace a wide spectrum of cinematic and digital creations, including local band music videos, drone work, and even social media clips.
Support for Local Filmmakers: This showcase is driven by Gomni Productions, a passionate local company dedicated to showcasing homegrown cinematic achievements.
A Platform for Everyone: Whether you're a seasoned professional or just starting out, if you have something interesting or fun to share, we want to see it! Inexperience is not a barrier to inclusion.
Focus on Dundonian Culture: We aim to collate and curate a selection of films and videos that reflect our unique arts and culture.
Theme – Local made films from Dundee, Scotland, big or small.
Duration - 3 days with at least 3 shows per day of a couple of hrs each. Showcasing a variety of films.Venue - The Vine
