Welcome. I am a Professor in Practice at the LSE's International Development and Director of the Global Executive Leadership Initiative's Influencing Programme. From 2004-2024, I worked for Oxfam GB, first as head of research, then as Strategic Adviser.  I consult as a 'critical friend' to the Building Community Engagement in Papua New Guinea programme. I'm probably best known for my From Poverty to Power blog. I am also really old, so have forgotten half the stuff I've produced over the years, which is why it helps to pull it all together in one place. Enjoy.
