• ชื่อผู้ใช้ (username) ที่คุณตั้งเอง
• รหัสผ่านและ PIN กู้คืนบัญชี: เราเก็บเฉพาะค่าแฮชที่ถอดกลับไม่ได้ ไม่เก็บรหัสจริง
• ผู้เล่นแบบผู้เยี่ยมชม: แอปสร้างรหัสสุ่มประจำอุปกรณ์ขึ้นเอง และเราเก็บเฉพาะค่าแฮชของรหัสนั้น เราไม่ใช้ IMEI, Advertising ID หรือรหัสเครื่องอื่นใด
• ข้อมูลการเล่น: ประวัติเกม ผลแพ้ชนะ เหรียญในเกม รายการเหรียญเข้า-ออก เลเวล ของตกแต่งที่มี รายชื่อเพื่อน และคำเชิญเข้าห้อง
• ประวัติการซื้อเหรียญและเพชรผ่าน Google Play (สินค้า จำนวน เวลา สถานะ และหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อของ Google) ข้อมูลบัตรและการชำระเงินจัดการโดย Google Play ทั้งหมด เราไม่ได้รับและไม่เก็บข้อมูลนั้น
• หมายเลข IP: ใช้ชั่วคราวในหน่วยความจำประมาณ 60 วินาทีเพื่อจำกัดคำขอที่ถี่เกินไป และไม่บันทึกลงฐานข้อมูล
2. ข้อมูลที่เราไม่เก็บ

4. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล
เราไม่ขายหรือแบ่งปันข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลให้บุคคลที่สาม ชื่อผู้ใช้ เลเวล ฉายา และของตกแต่งที่สวมอยู่จะแสดงให้ผู้เล่นคนอื่นในโต๊ะเห็น เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด
5. ความปลอดภัย
ข้อมูลส่งผ่านการเชื่อมต่อที่เข้ารหัส (HTTPS) รหัสผ่านและ PIN เก็บเป็นค่าแฮช
6. การเก็บรักษาและการลบข้อมูล
เราเก็บข้อมูลตราบที่บัญชียังใช้งานอยู่ คุณลบบัญชีได้ 2 วิธี
• ในแอป: ตั้งค่า → ลบบัญชี แล้วยืนยันด้วยรหัสผ่าน (บัญชีแขกให้พิมพ์คำว่า ลบ)
• ทางอีเมล (กรณีลบแอปไปแล้ว): ส่งอีเมลถึง thaweeratphan@gmail.com พร้อมชื่อผู้ใช้ เราจะยืนยันความเป็นเจ้าของบัญชีก่อน
เมื่อยืนยันแล้ว ทุกเครื่องจะออกจากระบบทันที และบัญชีจะถูกลบถาวรภายใน 30 วัน หากเปลี่ยนใจให้เข้าสู่ระบบภายใน 30 วันแล้วเลือกยกเลิกการลบ ข้อมูลที่ถูกลบ: ชื่อผู้ใช้ รหัสผ่าน (แฮช) PIN กู้คืน (แฮช) รหัสอุปกรณ์ของบัญชีแขก เพื่อน ไอเท็ม เลเวล และข้อมูลการเล่น ข้อมูลที่เก็บต่อ: บันทึกธุรกรรมเหรียญ เพชร และการชำระเงิน ตามที่กฎหมายและบัญชีกำหนด โดยไม่ผูกกับชื่อผู้ใช้อีกต่อไป
7. เหรียญในเกม
เหรียญไม่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงินจริง แลกคืนเป็นเงินหรือของรางวัลไม่ได้ และโอนให้ผู้อื่นไม่ได้ เกมนี้ไม่มีการพนันด้วยเงินจริง
8. ผู้เยาว์
บริการนี้สำหรับผู้มีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป เราไม่ตั้งใจเก็บข้อมูลของผู้มีอายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปี
9. สิทธิของคุณตาม พ.ร.บ.คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA)
คุณขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข หรือลบข้อมูล หรือคัดค้านการประมวลผลได้ทางอีเมลด้านบน
10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
เมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งในแอปหรือในหน้านี้

1. Data we collect
• The username you choose.
• Your password and account-recovery PIN, stored only as irreversible hashes.
• For guest play, a random identifier created by the app on your device. We store only its hash. We do not use IMEI, the Advertising ID or any other hardware identifier.
• Gameplay data: game history, results, in-game coin balance and ledger, levels, cosmetics owned, friends and room invites.
• Coin and gem purchases made through Google Play (product, amount, time, status and Google's order number). Card and payment details are handled entirely by Google Play; we do not receive or store them.
• IP address: held in memory for about 60 seconds for rate limiting and not stored in our database.
2. Data we do not collect
Location, contacts, photos, files, microphone, camera, phone number, or email (unless you contact us). The app has no ads and no third-party analytics.
3. How we use data
We use it to run the game, sign you in, recover your account, calculate results and in-game coins, and prevent cheating and abuse.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Other players at your table can see your username, level, title and equipped cosmetics. We may disclose data where the law requires it.
5. Security
Data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. Passwords and PINs are stored as hashes.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account in two ways:
• In the app: Settings → Delete account, then confirm with your password (guest accounts type the word ลบ).
• By email (if you removed the app): email thaweeratphan@gmail.com with your username. We verify ownership first.
Once confirmed, every device is signed out at once and the account is permanently deleted within 30 days. To change your mind, sign in within 30 days and choose to cancel the deletion. Deleted: username, password (hash), recovery PIN (hash), guest device id, friends, items, levels and play data. Kept: coin, gem and payment transaction records required for law and accounting, no longer linked to a username.
7. In-game coins
Coins have no cash value and cannot be cashed out, exchanged for prizes or transferred. There is no real-money gambling.
8. Children
The service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Your rights (Thailand PDPA)
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by emailing us.
10. Changes
We will announce material changes in the app or on this page.
