According to this new character, Disney wanted to create and bring Dumbella Vanderquack to Disney along with her own franchise. So they started a petition grabbing attention to people for using a lot of posters with images using company branding and a trailer.

To develop a new content that brought more happiness to the world, I started a successful petition asking Disney to develop a new character and her own new franchise that they are permanent. It is very important that we need them.
