The following terms help set clear expectations for service, scheduling, and communication. If you have any questions, feel free to ask before requesting service.
Appointment-Based Service
All services are provided by appointment only. Requests are reviewed prior to scheduling, and availability may vary based on workload and service scope. Walk-in service is not available.
Service Area
Service is offered within Davis and Weber County. Requests outside of this area may be declined or subject to additional considerations.
Drop-Off Option
Vehicle drop-off is available by appointment and may help reduce mileage-related fees. Customers will be contacted once service is complete or if additional information/service authorizations are needed.
Diagnostics & Evaluation
Initial inspection and evaluation may be performed to better understand the concern. Any advanced diagnostics or additional evaluation beyond basic inspection will be discussed prior to proceeding with services.
Customer-Supplied Parts
Customer-supplied parts are generally not accepted for general repairs, but can be handled on a case-by-case basis. Exceptions may be made for specialty or performance-related components with prior approval.
Authorization & Approval
No repairs or maintenance are performed without customer approval. Recommendations and options are discussed prior to any work beyond the originally requested service.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Accepted payment methods will be discussed during scheduling or service approval.
Communication
Phone calls are the primary method of communication. Text messaging may be used when appropriate for updates or clarification.
