Data+ is a 10-week summer research opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to delve into interdisciplinary challenges using data-driven approaches. Through collaborative project teams and diverse subject areas, participants gain valuable experience in data analysis, visualization, and modern data science techniques. Graduate students usually serve as project managers.

The Office of Global Affairs seeks student-led, interdisciplinary groups with a global focus, offering up to $1,000 annually for meetings and additional funding for materials and events aligned with their strategic priorities. Previous groups can reapply, and priority is given to proposals aligning with global justice, climate change, and other key areas. Explore existing working groups here.

The Global Health Graduate Certificate provides opportunities for highly motivated graduate and professional students from across Duke to engage in the field of global health through a combination of coursework, field-based experience and engagement with peers and faculty. The certificate involves the completion of three courses (GH Challenges and two graduate-level global health electives), a graduate seminar and an optional field-based experience.
