A two-day experience of talks, activities, and workshops to aid in your growth as a future faculty scholar
Duke University's Pratt School of Engineering is launching its first future faculty program, Duke Engineering Future Faculty of Innovation and Excellence (DEFINE). This in-person program will allow participants to experience a different view of a faculty member, one that is focused on being a socially engaged academic leader. We invite anyone within one-year of applying for faculty positions to apply.

Series of workshops and presentations that will cover topics from building equity into your classroom and research group to negotiating a salary offer
Day 2
Day 2
Individual and small group mentoring sessions with current Pratt faculty members and lightning-style research talks by program participants
