A. Shop & Business Data (Stored Locally)

To generate customized receipts, invoices, and dynamic UPI QR codes, the application allows users to input business details including:

Shop Name & Owner Name
Shop Logo or Photos
Shop Address and Contact Mobile Number
Merchant UPI ID (Virtual Payment Address)
Item and Product Details (Name, Price, Quantity, Discount)

Local Storage Guarantee: All shop information, billing details, and customer entries are saved strictly on your local device storage. We do not transmit, upload, or store your private business records or financial transactions on external servers.

B. Device Permissions

Photos / Media / Storage: Required strictly to allow you to select a store logo from your gallery and export/save generated PDF bills directly to your device storage.
Camera (Optional): Used only if you choose to take a photo directly for your shop profile or bill attachments.

C. Automatically Collected Data

When using the app, third-party libraries (including Google AdMob) may automatically gather non-personally identifiable diagnostic information such as:

Device model, manufacturer, and operating system version
Google Advertising ID (AAID) for ad serving and frequency capping
IP address and general coarse location for regional ad delivery
App crash diagnostics and performance analytics

2. Third-Party Services and Advertising (Google AdMob)

Dukan Sathi displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. These advertisements help keep the application free for small business owners. Google AdMob and its advertising partners may use device identifiers and cookies to serve contextual or personalized advertisements.

3. Payment and UPI QR Code Disclaimer

Dukan Sathi is a digital billing and receipt utility. It is not a payment gateway, wallet, or banking institution.

The dynamic UPI QR code generated inside the app merely formats standard UPI payment strings (containing your entered UPI ID, shop name, and calculated total amount) as specified by NPCI guidelines.
The app never collects, stores, or processes sensitive banking credentials, passwords, UPI PINs, or debit/credit card information.
Transactions executed via third-party UPI payment apps (such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.) are governed exclusively by their respective privacy terms and banking protocols.

4. Sharing Features (WhatsApp and PDF Export)

When you choose to share a bill via WhatsApp or another messaging platform, the generated invoice file or image is handed over directly to the selected application installed on your device. We do not access, track, or save your contact lists, personal messages, or chat histories.

5. Data Security

We are dedicated to safeguarding your data. Because business records remain locally stored on your phone, you retain full ownership and control over your records. We encourage users to maintain standard device security measures (PIN, biometric lock) to prevent unauthorized local access.

6. Children's Privacy

Dukan Sathi is a business and utility management application designed for merchants and adults. It is not intended for or directed towards children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
