About Us

Attorney Franks grew up in West Monroe LA.and went to high school and college there. Joeys worked many jobs including pouring concrete and factory work. He also ran a junkyard. After he got his undergraduate degree DUI Attorney Franks worked on the Louisiana and Delta Railroad along as well as the Canadian National/Illinois Central Railway.

Joey attended the Mississippi College of Law and graduated with honors. Then he opened The Franks Law Firm and has assisted hundreds of clients. His hobbies include photography target shooting and hiking.
