About Us

DUI Attorney Franks hails from West Monroe LA but now calls Jackson home. He went to school in West Monroe (both high school and college) and had jobs laying concrete in a factory and in the junk business. After he got his undergrad degree Joey got jobs on the Louisiana and Delta Railroad and the Canadian National/Illinois Central Railway as both a brakeman and engineer. Attorney Franks attended the Mississippi University Law School and graduated cum laude. He founded the Franks Law Firm after he got his law degree in 2014. His advocations include target practice taking pictures and hiking.
