Welcome Students to our Islamic Studies Corner. 

My name is Ayesha Mahmood. I have been teaching Islamic studies in DU since 2017. I am passionate about the subject. I have completed a BA in Islamic Studies at Knowledge international University, completed a Higher Diploma in Islamic studies at Islamic Online University and a special Aqeedah courses. Currently pursuing BA in Islamic Psychology. My main goal is to help you understand the Oneness of the Lord, and why we worship Him. I will cover Aqeedah (Core Belief), Hadith, Fiqh, Adaab (manners) and Contemporary Issues. InshAllah, I will help you strengthen the foundations of your deen and to be proud of your Muslim Identity.  

You'll find Lesson Plans, Lesson related files/videos, Assignments, Classwork, Homework, etc. 

I hope you have a wonderful year in learning about your religion and your Lord with me. May Allah accept from us our efforts and make it easy for us in understanding them.

BEHAVIOR POLICY

Inappropriate and unislamic behavior will not be tolerated. Solution form will be given after 3 warning. And 3 solution forms will cause you to visit the office and Parents will be informed. Stay in control of your words and actions at all time. 

The only way to have a successful year for the child is to be on the same page at school and at home. Have Islamic discussions with your child, about what they learned at school, and Contact me for any Questions, comments, feedback, and ideas at
