Puzzle 3

You enter the kitchen of the old cabin. It still smells of fire from the old wood stove. Plenty of old cast iron pots and pans, serving ware, and crocks fill the nooks and crannies of the space. It is a kitchen after all.

You make your way over to the table. It is generously dusted with flour indicating that someone has been baking. An old cookbook with stained and tattered pages is laid out on the table.

You dust off the flour and leaf through the pages and a piece of paper falls out. The title indicates it is a shopping list, but all six items are written in code. The reverse of the page seems to indicate the stores the person intended to visit and could prove useful in cracking the code.
