Getting the word out

The SNAP participant population is diverse and ever-changing, and we count on your help to get the word out about the DUFB program. 

FMF's role: 

FMF will design and print regional fliers and posters, and we will help distribute them to local DHS offices. In 2023, we were thrilled to provide laminated "DUFB Accepted Here" signs AND postcards that explain DUFB eligible foods and customer tips about the program. We will provide updated versions of these again in 2024! Stay tuned! 

We will also include your market on our website map.

What you can do: 

• Make sure your website states that you accept SNAP and DUFB

• Connect with local news outlets to put out a press release about your opening day, and SNAP and DUFB at your market 

• Help distribute fliers and posters around your community 

• Post about Double Up Food Bucks on your social media platforms
