About Us

Terry and myself (Kathy) both grew up farmers in Butler County, and got into real estate soon after we got married (31 years ago). For the past 25 years, off-campus student housing has become our family business and passion. We have seven wonderful children of our own, who, as they have grown, have each contributed to the work load associated with running this business and have (usually) willingly helped when needed.

We try to maintain a high standard of living for our tenants and expect that our tenants do so in return. We enjoy helping young women and men with their needs at their home away from home, just as we would want for our children when they are away from home.
