For commissions:

• Be patient. Depending on the complexity of the order, it may take me up to a few weeks. You may politely request an update or even a wip if you'd like, but do not constantly ask if it's completed yet. Remember I do not like being rushed with art, it takes all the fun out of it!

• Be specific. I'm not a mind reader. In some cases you can give me a general idea/theme and give me artistic freedom to come up with something, but in most cases I will want a specific description of what you want, so before you message me please have at least a general idea of what you want.

• Be polite. Don't be rude if you are not happy with the final product. I am always happy to make changes to the order, so instead of saying "The water is horrible, it covers up 3/4 of the tag!!" perhaps say something like "Could you bring the water back a little? I want to see more of the grass."

• Be respectful. When ordering a piece please read these rules, do not steal the artwork or claim as your own, or sell individually.

• I reserve the right to turn down any commission

• I will NOT under any circumstances copy or "reference" any other pieces, be it one of my own characters, one of your characters, one of someone else's characters, a tag or sig I have done, or anyone else has done, unless the commission is to make a new reference for the character, that is the only case where I would.

• Please remember than some members are not allowed to order from me. I do accept gift commissions for other members, unless they are suspended/banned from my sales. This includes art with multiple horses, any of them a ineligible player's characters, I will turn down the commission or request a character change.

• You may NOT under any circumstances alter the piece in any way. This includes (altering the coloring, altering the lines, resizing the image to be used as something else [tag, sig, etc.])

For tag/sig sales:

• Pay immediately after posting, unless I say otherwise on the sale. I will not start your recolor until I have received payment, unless you have discussed it with me and we agree for you to pay afterwards.

• I'm a pretty fast recolor-er, so unless I have several orders to complete before yours, it should be completed within a few hours. With that being said; be patient. Sometimes life happens and I don't have a chance to work on them for a little while. You may request a refund if you've been waiting for over a week, but if it's been less than that, you recolor should be up in a day or two.

• Please do not claim the slot and edit your post with refs. You must have your refs ready BEFORE you post.

• Depending on the character and base, I don't normally need a backup reference, but I would still appreciate it if you would provide a backup. It's not required but is nice. I do ask that you don't say "pm me" for backups, sometimes people don't have the chance to get back to me with a ref (which I completely understand!), so please, save us both the time and provide backup refs if you have complicated characters.

• Do NOT: sell individually(only WITH the character), claim you made it, or remove credit(s)

Rules for characters you own that I created:

• Do not remove credits

• Do not sell for more than you paid, unless accompanied by additional art

• If it was a free/gifted character, NEVER resell for currency (in game or real life). You may only give it away, if it comes with art you may trade for another character.

• Message me before you use it on another site. I am fine with most but please check with me first.

• You may make small additions/changes to the character, such as adding addons is okay, adding companions is okay, making small tweaks is okay, if you don't know if what you want to change is okay just ask me!

• You may breed the character, role play with the character, etc.

• If you get a new ref or a revamp for the character, always credit me as the original designer.

Failure to follow these rules will result in a warning. I will give 2 warnings before suspending.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to PM me and ask! I much prefer you ask then assume something that isn't true!

The members that have persisted to ignore my rules regardless of several warnings and have been banned.

Bear in mind that these members are banned and I want none of my artwork to fall into their hands, so I do not allow commissions for/as gifts for them, or art with their characters in it that they'll use.
