1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Ducky Dash (“the Game”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Game.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and OrionCore (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Description of the Game

Ducky Dash is a casual arcade game featuring tap-based gameplay mechanics. The Game may include:

• Virtual currency
  
  

• In-app purchases
  
  

• Advertisements
  
  

• Account-based features
  
  

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

The Game allows optional sign-in using Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication.

By signing in, you agree:

• You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account.
  
  

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  
  

• You will not share your account credentials.
  
  

We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Leaderboards and Usernames

Ducky Dash includes public leaderboards.

Displayed publicly:

• Player-chosen nickname

Not displayed publicly:

• Email address
  
  

• Real name
  
  

• Payment information
  
  

You agree not to use usernames that are:

• Offensive
  
  

• Abusive
  
  

• Impersonating others
  
  

• Misleading
  
  

• Violating intellectual property rights
  
  

We reserve the right to remove or modify inappropriate usernames.

• Seasonal Tournament Rewards

Ducky Dash may offer seasonal, skill-based leaderboard tournaments. Each tournament season lasts thirty (30) calendar days and is measured using server time (UTC). Season boundaries and final leaderboard positions are determined by the Game’s servers.

At the end of each season, the top three players receive the following in-game coin rewards:

1st place: 5,000 coins

2nd place: 2,500 coins

3rd place: 1,000 coins

Eligible rewards are automatically added to the player’s in-game account after the final leaderboard position has been determined.

Tournament rewards consist exclusively of virtual in-game currency. They have no real-world monetary or cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for money, and cannot be sold or transferred to another player or account.

Tournament placement is determined by the player’s recorded score, measured by pipe count, at the end of the season. The Game’s server records are authoritative in determining scores, rankings, season boundaries, eligibility, and final placement.

Players must comply with these Terms and all fair-play requirements. Cheating, exploiting bugs, using bots or automation, manipulating leaderboard results, interfering with network services, or otherwise gaining an unfair advantage may result in disqualification, removal of leaderboard entries, forfeiture of tournament rewards, account suspension, or permanent account termination.

We reserve the right to withhold or revoke rewards where fraud, cheating, technical manipulation, an incorrect award, or a violation of these Terms is identified. We may correct leaderboard or reward errors caused by technical problems, service interruptions, or inaccurate data.

5. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases through Google Play Billing.

• All purchases are processed by Google.
  
  

• We do not store payment details.
  
  

• Virtual currency and cosmetic items have no real-world monetary value.
  
  

• Virtual items are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law or Google Play policies.
  
  

• We reserve the right to modify virtual item pricing or availability.
  
  

6. Advertisements

The Game displays advertisements through:

We are not responsible for third-party ad content.
Interactions with advertisers are between you and the advertiser.

7. Acceptable Use

is owned by OrionCore or licensed appropriately.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

• Compatibility with all devices
  
  

Use of the Game is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
