By downloading and using the "DuckNCover" mobile game (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

   1. Darien Stewart grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

   2. You agree not to distribute, modify, reproduce, or exploit the App for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Darien Stewart.

   2. You will not engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the App.

3. Intellectual Property

   1. The App, including all content, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Darien Stewart and is protected by intellectual property laws.

   2. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without express written permission from Darien Stewart.

4. Third-Party Services

   1. The App may integrate third-party services such as AdMob and Unity. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions, and you agree to comply with them.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

   1. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.

   2. Darien Stewart does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the App or any content therein.

6. Limitation of Liability

   1. Darien Stewart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

   2. In no event shall Darien Stewart's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the App.
