• Eight (8) tickets will be issued per student. Seating is first come, first serve
• Gates will open at 3:00 p.m., you may only enter and exit through the main stadium gates located in the Brighton lot.
All bags and blankets will be checked at the gate
• Only CLEAR bags will be allowed (This is a requirement, please inform any and all guests, failure to
comply will result in taking your bag back to your vehicle before entry is granted)
• Graduating seniors report to their designated staff person at the Sports Complex or Gym by 3:15 p.m.
• Seating for handicapped guests is available but limited. Please contact cameronstacy@dublinusd.org for
accommodations.
• Our commencement is formal, and we request that guests remain seated throughout the ceremony.
No guests will be allowed on the field.
• Balloons, large umbrellas, confetti cannons and air horns are not allowed as they create a distraction for others.
• The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m.
• Due to the new field renovations students are not allowed to wear heels, flat shoes only. Students will be told to
change shoes if necessary.
• Diploma pick-up will be in front of the Career Center on Wednesday, June 2nd from 10:30 AM- 2:30PM, with Last Names A-L 10:30 - 12:30 and M-Z 12:30 - 2:30. Or Thursday, June 3rd from 11:00AM - 2:00PM with Last Names A-L 11:00 - 12:30 and M-Z 12:30 - 2:00.
Diplomas MUST be picked up by the graduate or parent/guardian
All outstanding bills and fines must be cleared or paid PRIOR to receiving a diploma
• A senior with outstanding school debts on graduation day will not receive their diploma.
• Diplomas and transcripts will be held until fines are cleared.
• Letters will be sent home to all seniors who have bills/fines.
• All bills and fines to date must be cleared by Thursday, May 20th.
• If unsure, check the bills/fines list with the Student Activities office.
• All books are due Friday, May 21st.
• For book fines, please check with Mr. Alvarez in the Library or by email alvarezthomas@dublinusd.org
Cap and gown orders will be available for pick up in front of the Student Activities office.
• Distribution will take place on TBD during lunch.
• No decorating of caps or gown is allowed. (Tip: Some parents purchase two caps; one for the ceremony, one
to decorate)
Ticket Distribution.
• Tickets will be distributed at lunch and after school on May 24th and May 25th at Student Activities.
• All bills, fines and books must be cleared prior to receiving tickets.
• Students must be cleared to walk at graduation before receiving tickets.
Parking for graduates and their guests.
• Carpooling is recommended as parking is limited.
• Vehicles displaying a blue handicapped placard may park in designated handicapped spaces in the Brighton or Village Pkwy lots
Families may purchase a keepsake photograph of their graduate
