As everyone knows, year 2020 is a very tough and difficult year for everyone. Because of the Pandemic of COVID-19, everyone need to lead a life with a new norm. Lets recall during the Government announcing of Movement Control Order (MCO) on 18th March 2020, many sector need to close down and one of it is Construction Industry. Luckily, not long enough the Government under Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) has open the application for Construction Industry to resume the work complying with the rules and regulations.
However, during the fall period not all License Company manage to survive resulting in retrenchment, abandoned project, worst to close final account.

Nowadays, during this recovery period some contractor may face with the staffing issue to manage the project. Therefore, DUA MAJU BERSATU is ready to serve as Outsources Project Management (OPM) team. With a group of experienced and talented team members, we are able to help and assist in managing the project.
CUMMULATIVE VALUE OF OUTSOURCE PROJECT MANAGEMENT (OPM)
1) Technically Management Of Project Operation (Project Base) From Kick Off Meeting (Site Possession) Until Obtaining CPC Status.
2) Assist, Implement And Execute Technical Coordination On Physical Progress Meeting, Client And Consultant Meeting, Sub-Contractor Coordinator Meeting (material sample, documentation and Consultant approval).
3) On site logistic planning, management, safety health & environment management (where applicable).
4) Implementation of “value engineering” of the project which beneficial to Business Associate / Client during the project implementation.
5) Serve all correspondences to Superintendent Officer (SO) inclusive of notification of changes which reflect to A.I and E.I , End User (client) and also to sub-contractor during the project implementation phase.
6) Dua Maju Bersatu Sdn Bhd assist, execute and coordinate for all 4 Technical Main Principle which are Architecture, Civil and Structure, Mechanical & Electrical and also Infrastructure scope of works.
7) All Outsource Project Management (OPM) payroll (technical staff payroll) by Dua Maju Bersatu Sdn Bhd and there will be no duplication of Technical Staff for respective project.
8) Outsource Project Management (OPM) is on project base i.e case to case basis.
9) Reduce and eliminate “double handling works” via technical coordination and also “technically sound” of project team ( Registered with BEM and or Certified Institutional).
10) Outsource Project Management (OPM) method of payment are subject to Interim/progress claim for respective project .
