Dual Wheel Roulette is a simulated casino-style game for Android and iOS. It does not offer real-money gambling, cash-out, or prizes redeemable for real-world value.
Information We Collect
We may collect or receive the following information when you use the app:
• App interaction and analytics data, such as app opens, gameplay events, settings choices, feature use, and aggregate performance information.
• Diagnostic data, such as crash reports, app version, device model, operating-system version, language, and technical information needed to diagnose and improve stability.
• Device and installation information, including identifiers generated by our service providers for app functionality, analytics, fraud prevention, and diagnostics.
• Optional account information on Android. If you choose to sign in with Google for cloud saves, Google/Firebase may provide an account identifier and basic profile information such as your display name and email address. We use this to provide cloud save functionality.
• Game and profile data. This can include your chosen player name, avatar, game progress, virtual-chip balance, gameplay statistics, saved bets, settings, and leaderboard score.
• Purchase information. If you buy virtual chips where purchases are available, the applicable app-store provider processes payment. We do not receive or store your full payment-card information. We may receive transaction and product information needed to provide the virtual items.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
• operate and maintain the game;
• save and restore game progress when you use optional cloud-save features;
• provide leaderboards and other game features;
• measure app usage and improve gameplay;
• diagnose crashes, bugs, security issues, and performance problems;
• process and restore eligible virtual-item purchases; and
• prevent fraud, abuse, and manipulation of rewards or game progress.
Service Providers and Sharing
We use service providers, including Google Firebase, to help provide cloud saves, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, diagnostics, and related app services. On Android, we also use Google Play services, Google Play Billing, Google Play Games services, and Google AdMob where rewarded advertising is enabled.
These providers may process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.
Advertising and Tracking
The Android version may show optional rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob. The iOS version does not currently include advertising.
We do not use analytics data for cross-app advertising tracking, do not use IDFA tracking, and do not sell personal information. We do not intentionally use personal information for personalized advertising.
Public Leaderboards
If you use cloud-save and leaderboard features, your selected player name and limited game statistics, such as score, experience, or virtual-chip balance, may be visible to other players through in-app leaderboards. Please do not use personal or sensitive information as your player name.
Data Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the app, maintaining cloud saves, resolving support requests, preventing abuse, and meeting legal obligations. Local game data remains on your device until you delete the app or clear its data. You may request deletion of cloud-save data by contacting us.
Your Choices
You can choose not to sign in or use cloud saves. You can control certain device-level privacy and advertising settings through your device. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we control, subject to applicable law and technical limitations.
Children’s Privacy
Dual Wheel Roulette is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the app or our data practices change. We will post the revised version at this URL and update the “Last updated” date.
