1. Description of Service
My App provides a technical utility designed to help users manage and access multiple instances of third-party social messaging platforms on a single iOS device. The App acts as a specialized browser/container and does not modify the original software of third-party platforms.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
Age Requirement: You must be at least 12 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to use this App.
Third-Party Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining the security of the third-party accounts you access through this App.
Compliance: You must comply with the terms and conditions of any third-party service provider you access via My App.
3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Billing: Some features are provided on a subscription basis. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store (iTunes) account at the time of purchase confirmation.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings.
4. Refund Processing and Data Consent
When a user initiates a refund request through Apple, our server may receive a notification (CONSUMPTION_REQUEST) from Apple.
Consent: By using the App’s premium features, you explicitly consent to our system providing Apple with subscription-related consumption data solely to verify and facilitate the refund process.
Data Minimization: This data transmission is strictly limited to transaction status and does not include your personal chat data or sensitive private information.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Distribute spam, unauthorized advertising, or harass other individuals.
Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or hack the App’s infrastructure.
Use the App to bypass the security measures or terms of third-party platforms.
6. Intellectual Property and Disclaimers
Ownership: My App and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of the developer.
Third-Party Trademarks: All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners. Use of these names does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.
Disclaimer of Risk: We are not responsible if your account is restricted, suspended, or banned by a third-party platform due to the use of multi-instance tools. Use this service at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or utility, resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
