Welcome to DualCam Creator.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DualCam Creator mobile application (“App”) provided by Siddharth (“Developer,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
DualCam Creator is a content creation application that allows users to:
Capture photos and videos
Use dual camera recording features
Record audio
Create and export media content
Access premium creator tools through subscriptions
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities
Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
Interfere with app functionality or security
Use the App in violation of applicable laws or Apple App Store policies
You are solely responsible for the content you create, store, or share using the App.
DualCam Creator offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features.
Pricing may vary depending on your country, local currency, taxes, or App Store region.

Weekly Subscription — $2.99
Monthly Subscription — $6.99
Yearly Subscription — $39.99
Actual pricing is displayed within the App and Apple App Store before purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime through your Apple ID account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You may restore previously purchased subscriptions using the “Restore Purchases” feature within the App.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for unused portions of active subscription periods unless required by applicable law or Apple policies.
All purchases and billing are handled directly by Apple through the App Store.
We do not collect, process, or store your payment information.

All app content, branding, design, features, graphics, and software related to DualCam Creator are owned by the Developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the App without written permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always be uninterrupted or error-free
The App will meet all user expectations
Bugs or technical issues will never occur
Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of data or content
Business interruption
Device issues arising from app usage
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
